We provide guests with an alternative to the large impersonal hotel so that they can experience Edinburgh from a different perspective, in a relaxing, home from home environment.

Our range of holiday accommodation includes a great selection of self-catering apartments and for the first time this year, we are able to offer visitors a select range of serviced apartments which make an ideal base for the visitor who appreciates the freedom of staying in an apartment whilst receiving a higher level of service.

Every self catering holiday apartment, managed by Edinburgh Holiday Accommodation is individual, yet we ensure that they all meet our high standards of comfort and cleanliness. Linen and towels are always provided and heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Visitors will find welcoming touches on their arrival, from carefully prepared guides to local facilities, good restaurants and details of the less well known sights, to complimentary tea and coffee. Some owners may welcome you with a vase of fresh flowers from their garden; others will thoughtfully provide a loaf of bread and a pint of milk.
Your apartment will be ready for you by 4pm and the apartment must be vacated by 11am on the departure day. If you require arrival or departure out with these times, please ask and we will do our best to accommodate you. |

| We welcome enquiries from those with 'apartments in Edinburgh' who would like to use our booking or full management services. Please note that before being included on these pages all properties must be inspected by us. Inspections can only be carried out between September and May each year.
