We have apartments to suit you whether you are looking for a luxurious central base or travelling on a budget. If you are searching for apartments near the Royal Mile, accommodation in the Georgian New Town or an Edinburgh holiday rental in one of city’s distinctive village communities you will find plenty of choice on these pages.We also have a variety of Edinburgh vacation rentals for people with special requirements such as those travelling with a well behaved pet or people needing wheel chair access or private parking. If in doubt about any of the facilities on offer do ask before using our online booking service which can be accessed using the search facility above.
Every self catering holiday apartment on the website has been inspected by Edinburgh Holiday Accommodation. Each is individual in style but they all meet our high standards of cleanliness and comfort. Linen and towels are always provided and heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Visitors will find a variety of welcoming touches on their arrival, including carefully prepared guides to local attractions and complimentary tea and coffee. Some properties offer visitors the option of purchasing extras such a luxury Scottish hamper or a shopping service – select the items you would like when booking.
Your apartment will be ready for you by 3pm and must be vacated by 11am on the departure day. If you require arrival or departure out with these times, please ask and we will do our best to accommodate you.

We welcome enquiries from those with Edinburgh self catering apartments who would like to use our booking or full management services. Please note that before being included on these pages all properties must be inspected by us. Inspections can only be carried out between September and May each year.
